Mr. In Vuthy has 13 years experiences in working as a high school teacher at Phnom Dang Rek High School supported by Catholic Office for Emergency Relief and Refugee (COERR) Site II Camp. He was appointed as history and geography Team Leader from 1987 to 1991. He was also a member translator of Asian history from the year of 1775 to 1863 and the member teacher of Faculty of Advanced Education at Site II camp In 1992 he got bachelor degree on education and get full scholarship to study at Singapore on curriculum development. Mr. In Vuthy was also working as Outreach Training Unit Coordinator in Kampot Province (OUT) for International Labor Organization (ILO) from 19993 to 1995. He was an Executive Director of the Cambodian Human Rights Task Force from 1995 to 2003. He was an acting chairperson of the Finance Sub-Committee of CHRAC, a coalition of 23 non-governmental human rights EU Assistance on Curbing Small Arms and Light Weapons in Cambodia and Regional Field Manager for Japan Assistance Team for Small Arms Management in Cambodia JSAC from 2003 to 2007. He was a country research coordinator in the year 2002 on the migrant issues in Cambodia. |
