Miss. Noun Chan Tha Visoth was born in April 1979 in Kampong Speu province, and graduated from high school in 1996 with her bacc alaureate degree. She then trained in education for two years, taking a position at the Department of Education in the statistics department in 1998. In 2000, Ms Noun began work in charge of planning for the Daun Penh section of Phnom Penh, and in March 2001 was hired by CDP as a receptionist. |
