Mr. Vuth Chandarachak, born 05 October 1955 in Takeo province, has been a translator and English teacher in Cambodia for nearly eighteen years, working with NGOs, government organizations, and private businesses.  He is the librarian and translator for CDP.  As librarian, he keeps death records for victims of crimes; extrajudiciary documents and books;  records of trial;  and crime reports from Khmer and English Cambodian newspapers.  As translator, he assists with English training sessions, documents, and interviews for CDP attorneys.  Mr. Vuth also takes expatriate CDP employees under his wing--warmly sharing not only his translation skills but his knowledge of Khmer culture and Cambodian history.
