The Administration Department is responsible for the day-to-day administration of CDP, including filing, record keeping, administrative staff training and efficiency, as well as the procurement, distribution and safekeeping of office equipment and supplies, and control of all administrative expenditure. The Administration Department also oversees many personnel functions, such as leave, timekeeping, disciplinary matters, recruitment, training and evaluation of staff.
The Department consists of 10 staff and is headed by the Administrator, Mr. Seng Kimlem, who coordinates all the Department's activities including the facilitation of seminars and meetings and the maintenance of good relationships with NGOs and Government Departments. As part of its planning function, the Department also produces short term and long term plans, needs assessments and budgets to assist the Executive Director in meeting CDP's future needs.
