Ms. Puthea Sathya was born in 1984 in Phnom Penh. She earned Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from Build Bright University(BBU) in 2004. Now, she is a candidate for CPA(Certified Public Accountant) at Cambridge Education Co., Ltd, Phnom Penh. Additionally, she got several training courses in relation to financial management and Accounting. And she can speak and write English very well and French in a good level. Mr. Sathya had got extensive experience in finace fields before she was employed in CDP. She was an Accounting Consultant in International Organisation for Migration(IOM). From 2003 to 2005, she was a volunteer in CWCC in Financial and Administrative department, and Assistant for Administrator of the International Institute for Development Human Resource Organisation(IDR), Phnom Penh. In CDP, firstly she was employed as an Accounting from 2005-2006 and then she had been promoted to be the Finance Manager. She brings extensive experience in financial control and practices to her work in preparing departmental budgets, advising departments on expeditures and assisting the Executive Director in ensuring compliance with CDP's overall budget and financial policy. |
