Mr. Huy Vannara was born in April 1967 in Kandal Province. He was graduated on mathematics and French. Mr. Huy passed Bar Exam and become member of the Cambodian Bar Association in 1995. Mr. Huy joined CDP in 1996 as an attoney in the Kampong Cham office then was promoted as Team Leader of Kampong Cham Provincial Office. Since 1999, he has been transferred to Siem Riep as provincial officer. He trained on Human Rights in Denmark in 2002. He was invited as speaker in many workshops and training course organized by other organisations including UN human right office. |
