Mr. Ke Cham Roeun, born 10 April 1968 in Phnom Penh, received his Bac II degree in 1986 and then went to law school for two years, receiving his Diploma of Law in 1988. He clerked for the Military Court in Phnom Penh from 1988 to 1994, trained at the Ministry of Justice from 1994 to 1995, and then worked at CADEAS from 1995 to 1996. In 1996, he was hired by CDP and appointed as the first provincial officer of the Kompong Thom office. In 1999 he returned to the Phnom Penh office as a criminal attorney. |
