Mr. Kong Heng was born in Phnom Penh on 5 August 1969. In 1990, he was under-graduated and worked as the officer in charge of judicial and state affairs at the State Council. He passed Bar Exam and become member of the Cambodian Bar Association in 1995. Mr. Kong was employed with CDP in 1996. He was promoted as leader Criminal Team of CDP in 2003. He was appointed as Provincial Officer of Kampong Cham Office since 2004. He trained human rights in Sweden and South Africa. detention. |
