The town of Kampong Cham is located near the center of Cambodia, about 120 kilometers north east of Phnom Penh.

The surrounding province of Kampong Cham has a population of over 1.6 million, the largest population of any province, mostly engaged in farming, fishing and rubber production.

CDP's Kampong Thom Office has one lawyer, Mr. Kong Heng who handle all cases in the province, and sometimes cases in neighboring Kratie Province.
