Ms. Meas has 8 years experience in working with Government, national and international organisations. From 1994-1996, she worked in the Ministry of Women and Veterans Affairs as the Deputy Director of Training and Formation Department. She worked with an International Agency (CARERE), and provided intensive Training of Trainers on areas dealing with gender, domestic violence, management, human rights, and women's rights to newly recruited program assistants and program partner agencies in several provinces.

From 1997-2001, Ms. Meas was employed by the Project Against Deomestic Violence (PADV) and held a position of the Education Program Coordinator. She worked closely with other women's NGOs and Human Rights NGOs (e.g., Women's Properity, Licadho, Vigilance, Banteay Srey, Khemara, Cambodia Women's Crisis Center). From 1999 to present she has been a board director of the Nun's Association. Ms. Meas joined CDP in February 2002 and is the Project Coordinator of the Women's Resource Center, where she oversees the "Community Sentinels Against Domestic Violence" to combat domestic violence and address pressing family and matrimonial legal issues.
