Mr. Mam Sophal was born in January 1952 in Kandal Province and has had a long career in logistics and warehouse management, firstly for the Khmer Peoples National Liberation Army Front (KPNLAF - one of the parties to the Paris Peace Agreements) then for the Ministry of Defense. He has also trained and served as an instructor at the Khmer Police Training School (Site 2) during the transitional period. Mr. Mam joined CDP in April 2000 as a security guard and is responsible for the 24-hour security of the main office in Phnom Penh. |
