Ms. Nou Navy, born on 18 July 1965 in Svay Rieng province, spent seven years as a military court clerk after receiving her Diploma of Law in 1988. Responding to the need for more lawyers, she took and passed the lawyer professional examination in 1996, then sat and passed the bar examination in 1997. Ms. Nou interned for one year with the Royal Cambodian Bar Association (1997-1998). She was recruited by CDP in December 1998 to work in the Women's Resource Center, and her current practice focuses on domestic violence, divorce, and land law. |
