CDP supports the development of clear, understandable and fair laws, which conform to constitutional and human rights principles. Through the PLA unit, CDP provides expert commentary and advice on draft law and promotes the participation of civil society in legislative process. The unit also actively facilitates meetings and workshops involving government officials, NGOs and international experts, to promote dialogue on legal matters.
