Ms. Sin Soworn was born on 1 February 1971 in Phnom Penh. She graduated from high school in 1989 and then worked as a clerk for the Supreme Court in Phnom Penh from 1991 to 1998. Ms. Sin completed her legal professional training in 1997, and attended a democracy workshop in November 1998 in Hong Kong. She has also trained in the United States (February 2000) on women's affairs. Ms. Sin came to CDP in December 1998, where her practice initially focused on civil litigation. She has since shifted her focus to trafficking and now works for the CAT (Center Against Trafficking). |
