Mr. Theoun Sophal was born on October 9 1977 in Battambang Province. He graduated on law in 2003. He passed Bar Exam and become member of Cambodian Bar Association in 2005. After that he worked with the Protection of Juvenile Justice Organization as an attorney. He joined CDP in January 2006 and has been promoted as Provincial Officer of Kratie Office of CDP in August 2006. |
