Ms. Touch Voleak, born 29 December 1974 in Phnom Penh, is the Acting Coordinator of the Women's Resource Center.  She studied from 1990 to 1992 at the Faculty of Law in Phnom Penh, and then took a position in 1993 as the Justice Officer of the Cham Kar Mon district of Phnom Penh.  She concurrently studied human rights in Phnom Penh in 1994.  In 1996, Ms. Touch studied for and passed her lawyer professional exam, and in 1997 she left her position with the Cham Kar Mon district and came to CDP to work in the WRC.  The Women's Resource Center not only advocates women in court but also in training sessions, and Ms. Touch oversees both as Acting Coordinator.
